Refund policy

Non-Returnable Policy: Due to hygiene and quality standards, we operate a strict "No-Return" policy. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Cancellation: To cancel an order, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.

Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, processing and courier fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
