Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been dispatched.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Courier processing fees (if applicable)

may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
